PDFPageLab / Reorder PDF pages

Reorder PDF pages by dragging

Drag pages where you want them. Move one page or a whole group, check the order on screen, and download the rearranged PDF.

Free. No account. Your file stays on your device.

How to reorder PDF pages

  1. Open the PDF

The thumbnails show the current order, numbered.

  2. Drag pages into place

Drag a page, or select several and drag them together. A yellow bar shows where they will land. For fine control, use Earlier and Later.

  3. Download

The new PDF follows the order you see on screen.

Fixing the order of a scanned document

Scanners feed pages in the wrong order more often than you would think, particularly after a double-sided batch. Reordering visually is quicker than working out which page numbers to move.

Everything here combines: you can reorder, delete a stray page, rotate a sideways one and then download once.
